Strict Factory Core Requirements:

  • Leather Selection: Ultra-premium Japanese Kip — uniform thickness, density, and grain consistency across all panels. Minimal visible markings or blemishes.
  • Palm Liner: Premium Kip leather liner matching shell grade. Adhesive-bonded to outer shell in palm pocket area.
  • Reinforcement & Internal Structure: Double-layer structural leather pad inside palm pocket. Mandatory. 100% wool padding in all finger channels. HD wool-blend felt cores in thumb and pinky for profile retention. Strictly NO foam, plastic, or cardboard substitutes.
  • Lacing: Premium US-grade full-grain rawhide laces — 6-7 oz leather weight, chrome-tanned, 6mm × 2.5mm (±0.2mm), natural grain visible on outer surface, uniform density, pre-stretched grade, color dyed through full thickness, beveled cut ends.
  • Embroidery & Lettering: Flat 3D high-density ONLY — heavy satin thread, sharp edges, stitched directly into leather grain. NO puff, NO foam, NO raised padding. Number script must be positioned exclusively at the lower base of the thumb panel, near the wrist welt seam.
  • Wrist Leather Patch: Natural Color Leather, 1.8–2.0mm thick, 45mm H × 65mm W. Embroidery centered as locked group (active area: 33mm H × 45mm W). Vertical layout: 2.5mm edge→stitch line; 3.5mm stitch→logo gap; 19mm "A" icon; 3mm gap; 5mm "ALMONTE" (bold); 1.5mm gap; 3.5mm "ORIGINALS". Left/right margins: 10mm (incl. 2.5mm perimeter stitch alignment).
  • I-Web Logo Execution: Circular leather inlay (Natural Color Leather) matching wrist patch. Separate disk securely stitched onto I-Web panel. "A" mountain icon in high-density gold embroidery, rotated diagonally to align with finger-axis perspective.
